Member Log-in/out
Important: Usernames are case sensitive. First initials and last names need to be capitalized. Sorry about the confusion.
The first initial and last name name of the primary account holder is your username, your member number is your password.
Example: John Smith's user name is JSmith
Tips
- All names are case sensitive.
- No spaces or punctuation.
Example: Mike O'Sullivan's user name would be MOSullivan - Some users will have to also use their middle initial.
Example: Jim Michael Smith's user name would be JMSmith - If you are a "Jr" "II" or "III" you may need to add that to the end of your user name.
- In rare instances you may have to use only your middle initial with your last name.
