Member Log-in/out
Important: Usernames are case sensitive. First initials and last names need to be capitalized. Sorry about the confusion.
Log-in for member content. The first initial and last name name of the primary account holder is your username, your member number is your password.
Example: John Smith's user name is JSmith
Tips
- All names are case sensitive.
- No spaces or punctuation.
Example: Mike O'Sullivan's user name would be MOSullivan - Some users will have to also use their middle initial.
Example: Jim Michael Smith's user name would be JMSmith - If you are a "Jr" "II" or "III" you may need to add that to the end of your user name.
- In rare instances you may have to use only your middle initial with your last name.
